    In our first session, I work one-on-one with the player through a series of technical drills and game-related exercises to assess their current skill level, strengths, and areas for improvement. Based on this assessment, I provide a detailed plan to parents outlining the player’s development path and how our training will target specific goals to support their growth on and off the field.

  • Personalised Training Plan

    Following the initial assessment, I create a personalized training plan tailored to the player’s specific needs—whether it’s improving shooting technique, generating more power, developing pace, enhancing close control, refining aerial ability, or building agility. Each session is designed to target key areas for growth, with clear goals and progress tracking. The focus is always on helping the player build confidence, sharpen technical skills, and elevate their overall performance in a structured, supportive environment.

  • Tracking Evolution

    As the player develops, I continuously monitor their progress and adjust the training plan to match their evolving needs. Regular check-ins and performance reviews ensure we stay focused on the right areas, challenge the player appropriately, and keep sessions engaging and effective. This adaptive approach supports steady growth and long-term development, both technically and mentally.
